AI Can Be Wrong

QuickLog uses AI to extract handwritten and printed pilot logbook data. AI can misread dates, aircraft identifiers, airport identifiers, times, routes, signatures, remarks, and other fields.

Review Is Required

Flagging helps direct review, but unflagged cells may still be wrong. You must compare the extracted table against the original logbook images before relying on or exporting the result.

Not Official Recordkeeping Advice

QuickLog does not determine FAA compliance, employment eligibility, insurance compliance, certificate eligibility, or the legal sufficiency of a pilot logbook.

Export Responsibility

Exports are generated from the reviewed table values. You are responsible for confirming that exported files match your intended destination format and your actual flight records.
